TOMBO No.1133 Clinsil Clean PTFE Gasket sheet has highest chemical resistance compared to other fluoropolymer gasket .
This product can be used for wide range of fluids such as acids/alkalis , petroleum/petrochemical product organic solvents , hot oil , heating medium gases and steam .
Working temperature range -200oC ~ 300oC .
Main Constituents : PTFE, Alumina.
We receive the order to supply the die cut gasket FF type or RF type for Flange Standard JIS , DIN ,ANSI .
Note :
TOMBO recommend the thickness of die cut gasket use for each fluid as below :
- For water & oil : Flange size 150A & below the thickness is 1.5mm , Flange size 200A & above the thickness is 3.0mm.
- For gas type : Flange all size the thickness is 1.5mm or below.
- For steam / hot water line : Flange all size the thickness is 1.5mm or below.
