ANCES TECHNICAL TEAM
With the strength of a highly experienced team of electrical and automation engineers, ANCES specializes in the maintenance of high-tech machinery. We focus our core business on supporting key areas such as the design and installation of electrical cabinets, the supply of electrical equipment, and providing technical solutions for companies, factories, and production units in the electrical and automation industry.
ANCES SERVICE PLATFORM
ANCES integrates and provides complete control system solutions, encompassing all aspects of a project from basic design and detailed design to construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and on-site handover.
ANCES utilizes programming protocols from leading manufacturers such as Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, and Schneider Electric, combined with Eplan/AutoCAD software for electrical and mechanical design, to enhance the overall stability of the control system. The end-to-end database consistency of the system significantly reduces costs and time spent on programming, modification, and testing.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
Industrial Control Panel Design at ANCES
1. Surveying, receiving, and gathering information and client requirements
2. Proposing solutions and implementation plans:
Developing block diagrams of the electrical system (including circuit design diagrams if applicable).
Calculating technical parameters to select equipment. Advising on suitable component packages based on the block diagrams, and cross-referencing actual dimensions to optimally allocate space within the control cabinet.
3. Preparing a detailed quotation
4. Procuring materials and proceeding with design and programming
5. Drafting equipment layout and operating principle diagrams; Assembling control cabinet components at ANCES
6. After installation, testing the insulation safety of the control cabinet with its installed components, reviewing the operation of the parts against the initial design, and making adjustments if necessary.
7. On-site installation and commissioning at the plant
8. Guidance and project handover

ANCES aims to support customers straight from the initial stage of selecting solutions and component packages, through to the engineering design and programming of the control system. Our goal is to comprehensively meet all technical requirements while ensuring the seamless integration, safety, and streamlined operation of the entire system.
