RECRUITMENT – CHEMISTRY / ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING STAFF – CHEMICAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We are looking for staff majoring in Chemistry or Environmental Engineering to support the Sales Department in consulting and handling technical issues related to chemicals, particularly in industrial and water treatment applications.

Job Description

• Provide technical support to Sales staff regarding chemical-related matters.
• Research the properties, functions, and applications of various chemicals used in industrial and water treatment systems.
• Assist Sales staff in advising and selecting suitable chemicals according to customers’ requirements.
• Support the resolution of technical issues related to chemicals during communication and cooperation with customers.
• Read and study technical documents, MSDS, TDS, and other relevant chemical product documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales staff when conducting site surveys, providing technical consultation, or handling technical inquiries from customers.
• Perform other technical tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduated or currently studying at Vocational School, College, or University level in Chemistry.
• Or graduated with a University degree in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Science.
• Have basic knowledge of chemicals, chemistry, or water treatment.
• Able to research and read technical documents.
• Hardworking, proactive in learning, and responsible.
• Able to coordinate and work closely with Sales staff.
• Candidates with knowledge or experience related to water treatment chemicals, wastewater treatment, or industrial chemicals are preferred.
